Meet Ari Webb!

Hello!

A resident of Eastern Washington, Ari has worked in community mental health as a licensed clinician since 2020, and maintains a full-time position as the Team Lead & Clinical Supervisor of Youth Outpatient Program at a rural community mental health center. Ari is an Approved Clinical Supervisor in the state of Washington, and has fulfilled all requirements according to state law (WAC 246-809-134). Ari is a Board Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC) and is licensed in Washington and Idaho.

Ari is certified in both Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, both of which required additional consultation and training using the modality. Serving both youth and adults, Ari has been practicing DBT in both individual and group settings since 2020, and has been practicing EMDR since 2023.

Ari is a professional member of the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA), The American Mental Health Counselors Association, and the National Board of Certified Counselors. Ari is a Certified EMDR Therapist through EMDRIA, and a Certified DBT Therapist through Evergreen Certifications. Ari has previously been affiliated with the American Counseling Association (2018-2021), Chi Sigma Iota (2018-2020), and the American Psychological Association (2011-2014).


Ari’s Story

Ari’s career in social service and mental health began in 2015, following earning a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Earlham College in 2014. Since then, Ari has served children, teens, and adults in various settings including community rehabilitation for adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities, correctional mental health for incarcerated adults, and case management for vulnerable youth. Ari graduated with a Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health & Rehabilitation Counseling from The Pennsylvania State University (with Honors) in 2020, a CACREP-Accredited program.
