Steady Cadence Counseling & Consulting is committed to advancing professional development of all healthcare professionals invested in the mental health of their clients. The founder, Ari Webb, conducts education presentations (60-90 minutes) and workshops (3-6 hours) relative to her training and background, and also to the needs and interests of the requesting agency. Her presentations and workshops have addressed diverse topics including complex trauma in juvenile justice youth; adaptations of DBT for neurodiverse clients; health promotion through meaningful work among people with disabilities; and effective psychotherapy interventions for people experiencing chronic pain. Ari has presented at several state and national conferences including the School Safety Summit for NorthEast Washington Educational Service District (2025), Juvenile Court Workers Association of Washington (2025), American Mental Health Counselors Association (2022), American Counseling Association (2021), American Rehabilitation Counselors Association (2019), Pennsylvania Counselors Association (2019), and Pennsylvania Rehabilitation Association (2019).
